JumppaPomppa is a warm and versatile fleece pullover. The upper part is made of antistatic and highly elastic fleece, making the pullover easy to put on. The underside is made of water-repellent thermal jersey, which protects the dog's belly and chest.
The form-fitting design adapts to the dog's movements and remains perfectly in place even at full speed, effectively protecting the dog's back, neck, belly, and hindquarters. JumppaPomppa is very commonly used in dog sports and training, as it is important to keep the dog's muscles warm during and between activities.
JumppaPomppa can be worn alone as a warm sweater or as extra insulation under a Pomppa coat. Thanks to its lightweight materials, the sweater packs down small, making it easy to take along on all kinds of adventures.

Finding the right size:
The size of your furry friend's new sweater is primarily determined by the length of their back paw. Measure your dog from the neck to the tail and then compare the back length to the table.
If your measurement falls between two sizes, experience has shown that it's a good idea to consider what the sweater will be used for and your dog's build.
A large dog that usually keeps its tail down and primarily needs the sweater for waiting in the car or similar will appreciate the larger-cut sweater. A small dog with an upright tail, who needs the coat for romping around in the woods, will choose the smaller sweater.

A return will be processed for a handling fee of CHF 20.00.
A return is only possible if the goods show no signs of use.
Goods that are in stock and have not been custom-made can generally be exchanged. The exchange of special orders and custom-made items is not possible, but the buyer has the right to have any defects rectified.
A return of goods within 10 days without giving reasons is accepted. The item must be unused and in perfect condition.
The purchase amount, less any shipping costs incurred, will be refunded in the form of a voucher from Villa Bunterhund GmbH.
Defects/Exchange
Complaints must be made within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. In the case of justified complaints, the customer is entitled to one of the statutory warranty claims (withdrawal, reduction, replacement delivery).
The buyer bears the postage for any return for the purpose of exchange or rectification of defects.
Exchange/return only possible in case of defects, wrong delivery, or defective goods.

Shipping usually takes place on the next working day after receipt of payment. Express orders must be received and paid for by 4:00 PM at the latest to be processed on the same working day.
Upon receipt of payment, the goods will be delivered according to the delivery conditions chosen by the customer (A-Post / B-Post / Express / regional delivery).
If you order products totaling CHF 200.00 or more, we will provide you with free shipping (via A-Post). Please select the corresponding "Free shipping" option at checkout.
If the goods are shipped uninsured by post, the risk of loss in transit lies with the buyer.
Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be shipped by B-Post.
If an expressly (recommended) express delivery is waived for orders of frozen or perishable products, Villa Bunterhund accepts no liability for thawed or spoiled goods.
