PRICE

The prices in the shop are shown in CHF. The price does not include the costs for packaging and shipping. They are mentioned with the product and vary depending on the size and packaging effort of the product.

PAYMENT METHODS:

- PayPal (credit card, direct debit, bank transfer)
If you select this payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal in the next step. Once you have entered the required data there, you will automatically be taken back to this shop to complete the order.

- Twint
If you select this payment method, you will be redirected to Twint in the next step. Once you have entered the required data there, you will automatically be taken back to this shop to complete the order.

- For payment in advance
Delivery will be carried out as soon as we receive payment.

- Upon collection
The ordered items must be in the:

picked up and paid for in cash or by card.

Villa Bunterhund GmbH reserves the right to request advance payment for first orders from new customers.

SHIPMENT

Shipping usually takes place on the next working day after receipt of payment.
After receipt of the amount, the goods will be sent by B-Post.

If the goods are sent by post without insurance, the risk of loss in the mail lies with the buyer.

Unless otherwise agreed, the goods will be sent by B-Post.

RETURN

A return will be processed for a processing fee of 20.00 Fr.
A return is only possible if the goods show no signs of use.

Goods that are in stock and are not made to measure can generally be exchanged. Special orders and made-to-measure items cannot be exchanged, but the buyer has the right to have any defects remedied.

Returns of goods within 10 days without giving reasons are accepted. The item must be unused and in perfect condition. The purchase price will be refunded minus the shipping costs in the form of a voucher from Villa Bunterhund GmbH.

DEFECTS/EXCHANGES

Complaints must be made within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. In the case of justified complaints, the customer is entitled to one of the statutory warranty claims (return, reduction, replacement delivery).

The buyer is responsible for the postage for any return shipment for the purpose of exchange or rectification of defects.

Exchange/return only possible in case of defects, incorrect delivery or defective goods.

PAYMENT EXPERIENCES

We would like to point out that payment histories, in particular regarding undisputed claims and claims that have not been paid after they have become due, as well as any debt collection information and address details, will be sent to CRIF AG in Zurich for lawful use as a credit agency. CRIF will use the data to check your identity and creditworthiness and will disclose it to authorized third parties.
