Times and house keys
Please note that we are more flexible with pick-up times if we can pick up the dogs with a key. This saves you and us stress if traffic is not flowing smoothly.
Of course, we also pick up dogs without keys, but unfortunately we are unable to accommodate requests regarding the pick-up time.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The doggy cab runs every morning and evening from Monday to Friday. There is no service on weekends and public holidays.
The taxi is intended solely for guests of Villa Bunterhund who spend the day or vacation with us. We do not offer external transportation services.
A dog that travels with us should already be used to driving in a car and should have had the opportunity to pee and poo beforehand, as the taxi ride takes a certain amount of time. If a dog has not been able to pee beforehand and relieves itself in the car, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee.
