Can't drop off or pick up your furball during our opening hours?

Would you like to welcome your four-legged friend back home on a Sunday, or do you have to drop them off with us as an emergency?

No problem! With the drop-off and pick-up rooms, which are always available to you when we cannot welcome your furball in person.

The waiting lounges are indoors, heated and are under video surveillance for your pets' safety.

You will be given access to the rooms using a numeric code which will be given to you by our staff upon request. Of course, you can also leave your doggie's luggage and other items.

Please contact our staff in advance and let them know what time you would like to drop off or pick up your furball.
