Are you unable to drop off or pick up a dog during our opening hours?

Do you really want to have your four-legged friend back with you on Sunday, or do you have to drop him off with us as an emergency?

This is also taken care of – with the drop-off and pick-up rooms, which are always available to you when we cannot receive you in person.

The dog rooms are indoors, heated and have video surveillance for your pets' safety.

You will be given access to the rooms using a numeric code which will be given to you by our staff upon request. Of course, you can also leave your luggage and other items with you there.

Please contact our staff in advance and arrange with them that you would like to drop off or pick up your dog. Especially on Sundays, you should give an approximate time so that we can take your darling out of the drop-off room promptly
