The innovative formula combines plant-based active ingredients with a waterproof formula that stays exactly where it belongs - on your four-legged friend's skin. Geraniol, margosa extract, lavandin oil, and many other proven active ingredients ensure that ticks, fleas, mites, and mosquitoes don't even think about settling in. The best part? No greasy fur, no unpleasant odor - just effective, waterproof, and long-lasting tick protection for your dog.

Applying the waterproof Zpot-on is easy and stress-free for you and your furry friend. Simply apply 1-2 drops per 1kg body weight to skin areas that your dog cannot lick, such as on the neck or along the spine. For basic immunization, the manufacturer recommends applying 1-2 drops per kg body weight daily over a period of 8–10 days – distributed over 3–5 different skin areas. After that, it is sufficient to apply the Zpot-on 2–3 times a week to maintain protection.

Please note: Do not apply to damaged skin. Not suitable for puppies under 3 months.

In addition to reliable tick protection, the waterproof Zpot-on offers an effective shield against other unwelcome guests:

Composition:

Active ingredients:
Contains 12 ml/L geraniol, 10 ml/L margosa extract, 5 ml/L lavandin oil.

Plant-based ingredients:
Borage oil, coconut oil, coconut fatty acids, jojoba oil, macadamia nut oil, DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide).

Note:
Use biocide product carefully. Read label & product information before use. Contains geraniol. May cause allergic reactions.

Exchange

A return will be processed for a handling fee of CHF 20.00.

A return is only possible if the goods show no signs of use.

Goods that are in stock and have not been custom-made can generally be exchanged. The exchange of special orders and custom-made items is not possible, but the buyer has the right to have any defects rectified.

A return of goods within 10 days without giving reasons is accepted. The item must be unused and in perfect condition.

The purchase amount, less any shipping costs incurred, will be refunded in the form of a voucher from Villa Bunterhund GmbH.

Defects/Exchange
Complaints must be made within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. In the case of justified complaints, the customer is entitled to one of the statutory warranty claims (withdrawal, reduction, replacement delivery).

The buyer bears the postage for any return for the purpose of exchange or rectification of defects.

Exchange/return only possible in case of defects, wrong delivery, or defective goods.

Terms of Delivery

Shipping usually takes place on the next working day after receipt of payment. Express orders must be received and paid for by 4:00 PM at the latest to be processed on the same working day.

Upon receipt of payment, the goods will be delivered according to the delivery conditions chosen by the customer (A-Post / B-Post / Express / regional delivery).

If you order products totaling CHF 200.00 or more, we will provide you with free shipping (via A-Post). Please select the corresponding "Free shipping" option at checkout.

If the goods are shipped uninsured by post, the risk of loss in transit lies with the buyer.

Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be shipped by B-Post.

If an expressly (recommended) express delivery is waived for orders of frozen or perishable products, Villa Bunterhund accepts no liability for thawed or spoiled goods.
