The SporttiPomppa is the latest addition to the Jumppa product family. It protects the dog from rain, wind, and dirt, as well as from the cold. The SporttiPomppa offers the same popular design as the JumppaPomppa, but with new updates!

SporttiPomppa is the ideal choice for all kinds of outdoor activities from early autumn to late spring. The flexible softshell material, along with the jersey details on the collar and chest, adapts to the dog's movements and allows complete freedom of movement. The soft inner lining of the fabric also makes the coat comfortable to wear.
Finding the right size:
Pomppa sizes are based on the dog's back length in centimeters. Choose the correct size primarily based on your dog's back length. SporttiPomppa is a close-fitting product from the Jumppa family. Please note that the SporttiPomppa material does not stretch as much as the JumppaPomppa. If your dog's measurements fall between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
Measure your dog according to the following instructions, leaving room for the dog's fur:
Back: The back length is measured from the dog's neck to the base of the tail. Start at the shoulders, where the neck meets the back.
Neck: The neck circumference is measured at the thickest part of the neck, near the chest.
Chest: The chest circumference is measured at the widest point of the chest.
Waist: The waist circumference is measured at the narrowest point of the dog's abdomen.

Care instructions
• Gentle wash cycle at 30°C (close zipper)
• Do not use fabric softener
• Do not tumble dry
• Do not iron
• Do not bleach
• Wash with like colors
• Wash with mild detergent
• Reactivate the coat's water repellency after every wash
• Refresh the DWR with waterproofing spray after a few washes.

Eine Retoure wird gegen eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 20.00 Fr. verarbeitet.
Eine Rückgabe ist nur möglich, wenn die Ware keinerlei Anzeichen von Gebrauch aufweist.
Waren, die an Lager sind und nicht nach Mass gefertigt wurden, können grundsätzlich umgetauscht werden. Der Umtausch von Sonderbestellungen und Massanfertigungen ist nicht möglich, der Käufer besitzt aber den Anspruch auf die Behebung allfälliger Mängel.
Akzeptiert wird eine Rücksendung der Ware innert 10 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen. Der Artikel muss unbenutzt und in einwandfreiem Zustand sein.
Zurückerstattet wird der Kaufbetrag abzüglich der angefallenen Spesen für den Versand in Form eines Wertgutscheins der Villa Bunterhund GmbH.
Mängel/Umtausch
Reklamationen müssen innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt der Sendung erfolgen. Bei berechtigten Reklamationen stehen dem Kunden einer der gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsansprüche zu (Rücknahme, Minderung, Ersatzlieferung).
Das Porto für eine allfällige Rücksendung, zwecks Umtausch oder Behebung der Mängel, übernimmt der Käufer.
Umtausch/Rückgabe nur bei Mängel, falscher Lieferung oder defekter Ware möglich.

Der Versand erfolgt i.d.R. am nächsten Werktag nach Zahlungseingang.
Nach Eingang des Betrages wird die Ware zu den Lieferkonditionen geliefert, die der Kunde wählt (A-Post / B-Post / Express / regionale Zustellung).
Bestellst du Produkte im Gesamtbetrag von CHF 200.00 oder mehr, stellen wir dir eine versandkostenfreie Lieferung (per A-Post) zur Verfügung. Bitte wähle die entsprechende Option "Gratisversand" im Checkout an.
Falls die Ware unversichert auf dem Postweg versandt wird, liegt das Risiko für einen Verlust auf dem Postweg beim Käufer.
Falls nichts anders vereinbart, wird die Ware mit B-Post verschickt.
Wird bei Bestellung von tiefgekühlten oder verderblichen Produkten auf eine ausdrücklich (empfohlene) Express-Lieferung verzichtet, übernimmt die Villa Bunterhund keine Haftung für aufgetaute oder ungeniessbare Ware.
