The SHAMPOO SENSITIVE is mild for the sensitive skin of the dog and the skin of your puppy. It has been developed for the special pH value of your pet (pH7-8). It cleans the fur gently and effectively. This line deliberately dispenses with fragrances, colorings and irritating preservatives and thus guarantees maximum tolerance and care.
Maris Sal – The healing effect of sea salt reduces irritation and makes the skin feel pleasant. Marula oil supports the skin's natural protective function, while silk proteins ensure a shiny coat. Your dog will love the grooming because tugging when brushing is a thing of the past.
It is a particularly mild shampoo that does justice to the special pH value of dogs. The SHAMPOO PUPPIES counteracts irritation, especially in puppies and dogs with sensitive skin, and its natural ingredients maintain the skin's balance. Our mild cleaning miracle can be used very sparingly. A hazelnut-sized amount is often enough for a small dog. After lathering, wash out completely with lukewarm water and gently towel your dog dry.

A return will be processed for a handling fee of CHF 20.00.
A return is only possible if the goods show no signs of use.
Goods that are in stock and have not been custom-made can generally be exchanged. The exchange of special orders and custom-made items is not possible, but the buyer has the right to have any defects rectified.
A return of goods within 10 days without giving reasons is accepted. The item must be unused and in perfect condition.
The purchase amount, less any shipping costs incurred, will be refunded in the form of a voucher from Villa Bunterhund GmbH.
Defects/Exchange
Complaints must be made within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. In the case of justified complaints, the customer is entitled to one of the statutory warranty claims (withdrawal, reduction, replacement delivery).
The buyer bears the postage for any return for the purpose of exchange or rectification of defects.
Exchange/return only possible in case of defects, wrong delivery, or defective goods.

Shipping usually takes place on the next working day after receipt of payment. Express orders must be received and paid for by 4:00 PM at the latest to be processed on the same working day.
Upon receipt of payment, the goods will be delivered according to the delivery conditions chosen by the customer (A-Post / B-Post / Express / regional delivery).
If you order products totaling CHF 200.00 or more, we will provide you with free shipping (via A-Post). Please select the corresponding "Free shipping" option at checkout.
If the goods are shipped uninsured by post, the risk of loss in transit lies with the buyer.
Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be shipped by B-Post.
If an expressly (recommended) express delivery is waived for orders of frozen or perishable products, Villa Bunterhund accepts no liability for thawed or spoiled goods.
