The PolarPomppa is a warm fleece pullover that will reliably keep your dog warm throughout the cold season – from the first days of autumn right through to spring. Developed based on customer feedback, the PolarPomppa combines everything that makes the popular JumppaPomppa so special – only warmer, longer, and more practical.

The PolarPomppa will keep your dog warm all winter long. The back is made of thick, 100% recycled sherpa fleece with an exceptionally soft feel. The belly panel is made of the same highly elastic thermal jersey fabric you know from the JumppaPomppa.

Finding the right size

Pomppa sizes are based on the dog's back length in centimeters. The back length is the determining factor. Since the PolarPomppa has a close-fitting cut, we recommend choosing the larger size if your dog is between sizes.

Here's how to measure your dog correctly:

  • Back: From the withers (transition neck/back) to the base of the tail.
  • Neck: Circumference at the thickest point, near the chest.
  • Chest: Circumference at the widest point of the chest.
  • Waist: Circumference at the narrowest point of the abdomen.

Material & Care

  • Top: 100% recycled polyester
  • Bottom part: 88% recycled polyester, 12% elastane
  • Fit: Slim

Care instructions

  • Gentle wash cycle at 30°C
  • No fabric softener, do not tumble dry, do not iron, do not bleach
  • Wash with similar colors and mild detergent.

Exchange

A return will be processed for a handling fee of CHF 20.00.

A return is only possible if the goods show no signs of use.

Goods that are in stock and have not been custom-made can generally be exchanged. The exchange of special orders and custom-made items is not possible, but the buyer has the right to have any defects rectified.

A return of goods within 10 days without giving reasons is accepted. The item must be unused and in perfect condition.

The purchase amount, less any shipping costs incurred, will be refunded in the form of a voucher from Villa Bunterhund GmbH.

Defects/Exchange
Complaints must be made within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. In the case of justified complaints, the customer is entitled to one of the statutory warranty claims (withdrawal, reduction, replacement delivery).

The buyer bears the postage for any return for the purpose of exchange or rectification of defects.

Exchange/return only possible in case of defects, wrong delivery, or defective goods.

Terms of Delivery

Shipping usually takes place on the next working day after receipt of payment. Express orders must be received and paid for by 4:00 PM at the latest to be processed on the same working day.

Upon receipt of payment, the goods will be delivered according to the delivery conditions chosen by the customer (A-Post / B-Post / Express / regional delivery).

If you order products totaling CHF 200.00 or more, we will provide you with free shipping (via A-Post). Please select the corresponding "Free shipping" option at checkout.

If the goods are shipped uninsured by post, the risk of loss in transit lies with the buyer.

Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be shipped by B-Post.

If an expressly (recommended) express delivery is waived for orders of frozen or perishable products, Villa Bunterhund accepts no liability for thawed or spoiled goods.
