PAW CARE protects sensitive paws with the power of marigold. It protects and keeps it supple with apricot kernel oil and coconut oil, even against strong environmental influences, especially road salt and grit. PAW CARE strengthens the skin's resistance to mechanical influences and actively counteracts unwanted hardening.
Therefore, it is also very effective for calluses. The skin then forms a thick, callused protective layer under pressure, mostly in places where the dog's skin lies directly over protruding bone points, e.g. B. at the elbow, at the ankle or at the breastbone. When cracks appear in the thickening, crusty surface, bacteria can enter and cause weeping or purulent inflammation. By applying the PAW CARE, the skin remains soft. Minor injuries such as scratches and cracks are effectively supported in the healing process.
PAW CARE should not be applied to fresh, bleeding wounds. In the event of contact with an open wound, we recommend gently dabbing the product with a sterile cloth. Further measures are not necessary due to the compatibility of the product. The intake of small amounts of PAW CARE through the esophagus is usually well tolerated.

A return will be processed for a handling fee of CHF 20.00.
A return is only possible if the goods show no signs of use.
Goods that are in stock and have not been custom-made can generally be exchanged. The exchange of special orders and custom-made items is not possible, but the buyer has the right to have any defects rectified.
A return of goods within 10 days without giving reasons is accepted. The item must be unused and in perfect condition.
The purchase amount, less any shipping costs incurred, will be refunded in the form of a voucher from Villa Bunterhund GmbH.
Defects/Exchange
Complaints must be made within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. In the case of justified complaints, the customer is entitled to one of the statutory warranty claims (withdrawal, reduction, replacement delivery).
The buyer bears the postage for any return for the purpose of exchange or rectification of defects.
Exchange/return only possible in case of defects, wrong delivery, or defective goods.

Shipping usually takes place on the next working day after receipt of payment. Express orders must be received and paid for by 4:00 PM at the latest to be processed on the same working day.
Upon receipt of payment, the goods will be delivered according to the delivery conditions chosen by the customer (A-Post / B-Post / Express / regional delivery).
If you order products totaling CHF 200.00 or more, we will provide you with free shipping (via A-Post). Please select the corresponding "Free shipping" option at checkout.
If the goods are shipped uninsured by post, the risk of loss in transit lies with the buyer.
Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be shipped by B-Post.
If an expressly (recommended) express delivery is waived for orders of frozen or perishable products, Villa Bunterhund accepts no liability for thawed or spoiled goods.
