The EAR CLEANER gently loosens stuck earwax, reduces itching and frees the ear canal from unpleasant odors and prevents inflammation, bacterial and fungal infestation. Natural lactic acid combined with plant-based surfactants and rosemary cleanses gently and effectively. The proven combination of microsilver, zinc and lavender has a calming, antiseptic and nourishing effect.
The cleaner can be used preventively and supportively in acute cases. Manufactured in accordance with natural cosmetics standards. For long-term care, it is recommended to use the ear angel after cleaning.
For use in the external auditory canal. Shake before use and warm to body temperature. In acute cases, put some cleaner in the ear canal 1-2 times a day. Then gently massage the base of the ear from the outside. The dog shakes out the dissolved dirt independently. Then gently clean the ear with a clean cloth or cotton ball. The ear canal should only be cleaned by a veterinarian. For long-term care, we recommend using the EAR ANGEL after cleaning.

A return will be processed for a handling fee of CHF 20.00.
A return is only possible if the goods show no signs of use.
Goods that are in stock and have not been custom-made can generally be exchanged. The exchange of special orders and custom-made items is not possible, but the buyer has the right to have any defects rectified.
A return of goods within 10 days without giving reasons is accepted. The item must be unused and in perfect condition.
The purchase amount, less any shipping costs incurred, will be refunded in the form of a voucher from Villa Bunterhund GmbH.
Defects/Exchange
Complaints must be made within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. In the case of justified complaints, the customer is entitled to one of the statutory warranty claims (withdrawal, reduction, replacement delivery).
The buyer bears the postage for any return for the purpose of exchange or rectification of defects.
Exchange/return only possible in case of defects, wrong delivery, or defective goods.

Shipping usually takes place on the next working day after receipt of payment. Express orders must be received and paid for by 4:00 PM at the latest to be processed on the same working day.
Upon receipt of payment, the goods will be delivered according to the delivery conditions chosen by the customer (A-Post / B-Post / Express / regional delivery).
If you order products totaling CHF 200.00 or more, we will provide you with free shipping (via A-Post). Please select the corresponding "Free shipping" option at checkout.
If the goods are shipped uninsured by post, the risk of loss in transit lies with the buyer.
Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be shipped by B-Post.
If an expressly (recommended) express delivery is waived for orders of frozen or perishable products, Villa Bunterhund accepts no liability for thawed or spoiled goods.
