The OHR-ENGEL is a highly effective care product that, thanks to its unique combination of natural ingredients such as aloe vera, zinc and lavender, acts quickly and effectively to prevent acute inflammation, itching and mite infestation. Hamamelis is also known for its slightly haemostatic properties and makes the skin more resistant. Microsilver and rosemary also have an antiseptic and cleansing effect. Finally, lactic acid forms an incompatible environment for fungi and bacteria.
For use in the external auditory canal. Before use, the OHR-ENGEL should be at body temperature. In an acute case, carefully put a few drops of EAR-ENGEL 1-2 times a day into the auricle with the pipette or apply it with a cotton swab. Then gently massage the base of the ear from the outside.

A return will be processed for a processing fee of CHF 20.00.
A return is only possible if the goods show no signs of use.
Goods that are in stock and not made to measure can generally be exchanged. The exchange of special orders and made-to-measure products is not possible, but the buyer has the right to have any defects rectified.
A return of the goods within 10 days without giving reasons is accepted. The item must be unused and in perfect condition

If the goods are sent uninsured by post, the risk of loss in the post lies with the buyer.
Unless otherwise agreed, the goods will be sent with B Mail.
If a (recommended) express delivery is not used when ordering frozen or perishable products, Villa Bunterhund assumes no liability for thawed or inedible goods.
