KuoriPomppa is a versatile, all-purpose coat for dogs with thick fur and is also suitable as a raincoat for dogs sensitive to the cold in warmer weather. KuoriPomppa can be worn alone as a raincoat, but it also works well as a shell coat over a mid-layer such as our JumppaPomppa.
Finding the right size:
Pomppa sizes are based on the dog's back length in centimeters. Choose the correct size primarily based on your dog's back length. The fit of KuoriPomppa is similar to Sade, Kevyt, and PerusPomppa, however, the adjustable neck opening offers more flexibility in choosing the right size. If your dog's measurements fall between two sizes, only choose the smaller size if your dog carries its tail high.
Measure your dog according to the instructions below. Be sure to leave room for your dog's fur. Caution! Depending on your dog's proportions, the strap may not sit flush against the narrowest part of their belly.
Back: The back length is measured from the dog's neck to the base of the tail. The measurement begins at the withers, where the neck meets the back. Neck: The neck circumference is measured at the thickest part of the neck, near the chest. Chest: The chest circumference is measured at the widest point of the chest. Waist: The waist circumference is measured at the narrowest point of the abdomen.

Exchange
A return will be processed for a handling fee of CHF 20.00.
A return is only possible if the goods show no signs of use.
Goods that are in stock and have not been custom-made can generally be exchanged. The exchange of special orders and custom-made items is not possible, but the buyer has the right to have any defects rectified.
A return of goods within 10 days without giving reasons is accepted. The item must be unused and in perfect condition.
The purchase amount, less any shipping costs incurred, will be refunded in the form of a voucher from Villa Bunterhund GmbH.
Defects/Exchange Complaints must be made within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. In the case of justified complaints, the customer is entitled to one of the statutory warranty claims (withdrawal, reduction, replacement delivery).
The buyer bears the postage for any return for the purpose of exchange or rectification of defects.
Exchange/return only possible in case of defects, wrong delivery, or defective goods.
Terms of Delivery
Shipping usually takes place on the next working day after receipt of payment. Express orders must be received and paid for by 4:00 PM at the latest to be processed on the same working day.
Upon receipt of payment, the goods will be delivered according to the delivery conditions chosen by the customer (A-Post / B-Post / Express / regional delivery).
If you order products totaling CHF 200.00 or more, we will provide you with free shipping (via A-Post). Please select the corresponding "Free shipping" option at checkout.
If the goods are shipped uninsured by post, the risk of loss in transit lies with the buyer.
Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be shipped by B-Post.
If an expressly (recommended) express delivery is waived for orders of frozen or perishable products, Villa Bunterhund accepts no liability for thawed or spoiled goods.
