KevytPomppa is a rain jacket lined with faux fur that keeps the dog dry and comfortable during the transitional seasons. The waterproof and durable outer material protects the dog from rain, wind, and dirt. The lining is made of soft synthetic fur, providing optimal insulation. The antistatic materials ensure that even long-haired dogs' fur does not get tangled.
KevytPomppa is perfect as a transitional jacket for dogs sensitive to cold and as a winter coat for cold-tolerant breeds. The unique design ensures that the coat protects the dog's back, neck, belly, and hindquarters without restricting its natural freedom of movement. Additionally, the simple design guarantees a good fit for all dog types and is quick and easy to put on.
KevytPomppa can be used alone as a rain jacket for the transitional period, but it also works excellently as a shell jacket over a warm layer, such as the JumppaPomppa. Thanks to its lightweight materials, the coat can be packed small, making it easy to take on all sorts of adventures.

The size of Pomppa coats directly corresponds to the dog's back length in centimeters, meaning the correct size is determined by measuring the dog's back length. However, depending on the dog's proportions, fur thickness, or intended use of the product, the correct size may be larger or smaller than the back length indicates.
The units in the size chart are the minimum and maximum dimensions of the product. Please note that due to the thickness of the material, the coat's waist circumference should be slightly larger than the dog's waist circumference to ensure a comfortable fit. Depending on the dog's proportions, the belt may not necessarily sit at the narrowest part of the dog's waist.

*Starting from the 22-23 season, the outer material of Pomppa coats is made of 100% recycled polyester. While there are still individual products made of 100% new polyester in our warehouse, the appearance and functionality of both materials are completely identical.

Exchange

A return will be processed for a handling fee of CHF 20.00.
A return is only possible if the goods show no signs of use.
Goods that are in stock and have not been custom-made can generally be exchanged. The exchange of special orders and custom-made items is not possible, but the buyer has the right to have any defects rectified.
A return of goods within 10 days without giving reasons is accepted. The item must be unused and in perfect condition.
The purchase amount, less any shipping costs incurred, will be refunded in the form of a voucher from Villa Bunterhund GmbH.
Defects/Exchange
Complaints must be made within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. In the case of justified complaints, the customer is entitled to one of the statutory warranty claims (withdrawal, reduction, replacement delivery).
The buyer bears the postage for any return for the purpose of exchange or rectification of defects.
Exchange/return only possible in case of defects, wrong delivery, or defective goods.

Shipping usually takes place on the next working day after receipt of payment. Express orders must be received and paid for by 4:00 PM at the latest to be processed on the same working day.
Upon receipt of payment, the goods will be delivered according to the delivery conditions chosen by the customer (A-Post / B-Post / Express / regional delivery).
If you order products totaling CHF 200.00 or more, we will provide you with free shipping (via A-Post). Please select the corresponding "Free shipping" option at checkout.
If the goods are shipped uninsured by post, the risk of loss in transit lies with the buyer.
Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be shipped by B-Post.
If an expressly (recommended) express delivery is waived for orders of frozen or perishable products, Villa Bunterhund accepts no liability for thawed or spoiled goods.
