Joint diseases in dogs are increasing more and more. Hip and elbow dysplasia, spondylosis and arthrosis are diseases that affect up to 70% of our dogs, especially as they get older. With this orthopedic dog bed, these diseases can be prevented or alleviated.
The round shape of the Wolke® conveys security and safety. Thanks to the supporting edge, your dog sleeps like in a nest, but still has the option of lying on its back or stretched out.
MANUFACTURE & MATERIAL
By customizing the degree of hardness and the mixing ratio of the filling, Ms. Mum achieves optimal lying comfort for your dog.
Viscofoam is used in the manufacture of mattresses to enable people to have a relaxed, restful sleep with a "weightless" lying feeling. This is a soft material with high point elasticity and very good pressure relief, which is also ideal for orthopedic problems or muscle tension.
The manufacturer adds cold foam to help, so that the visco foam remains dimensionally stable even with a bed height of 25 cm. Thanks to the memory function, the material always returns to its original position.
The combination of these two materials also ensures that heat and humidity are regulated, which reduces the growth of mites.
ROBUST - SUSTAINABLE - VEGAN
All covers are Ökotex certified. By using high-quality fabrics from the upholstery industry with high abrasion resistance, the manufacturer creates an extremely robust dog bed. All covers are removable and washable (see below for washing instructions).
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
All covers are washable. You can put fabric covers in the washing machine at a maximum of 40 degrees and imitation leather covers at a maximum of 30 degrees.
Please do not use fabric softener.
Fabric trains can also be put in the dryer in the delicate program.

A return will be processed for a handling fee of CHF 20.00.
A return is only possible if the goods show no signs of use.
Goods that are in stock and have not been custom-made can generally be exchanged. The exchange of special orders and custom-made items is not possible, but the buyer has the right to have any defects rectified.
A return of goods within 10 days without giving reasons is accepted. The item must be unused and in perfect condition.
The purchase amount, less any shipping costs incurred, will be refunded in the form of a voucher from Villa Bunterhund GmbH.
Defects/Exchange
Complaints must be made within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. In the case of justified complaints, the customer is entitled to one of the statutory warranty claims (withdrawal, reduction, replacement delivery).
The buyer bears the postage for any return for the purpose of exchange or rectification of defects.
Exchange/return only possible in case of defects, wrong delivery, or defective goods.

Shipping usually takes place on the next working day after receipt of payment. Express orders must be received and paid for by 4:00 PM at the latest to be processed on the same working day.
Upon receipt of payment, the goods will be delivered according to the delivery conditions chosen by the customer (A-Post / B-Post / Express / regional delivery).
If you order products totaling CHF 200.00 or more, we will provide you with free shipping (via A-Post). Please select the corresponding "Free shipping" option at checkout.
If the goods are shipped uninsured by post, the risk of loss in transit lies with the buyer.
Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be shipped by B-Post.
If an expressly (recommended) express delivery is waived for orders of frozen or perishable products, Villa Bunterhund accepts no liability for thawed or spoiled goods.
