This collar is made from 3 internal layers: nylon, foam, and neoprene. This combination provides exceptional comfort for your dog. The collar can be worn all day and is excellent for dogs with sensitive skin/fur.
Bullybillows don't believe in collars that choke your dog when pulling back. That's why they added special stitching that is not only safe and comfortable for your dog but also effective.
The collar features two stainless steel D-rings; the larger one goes over your dog's neck, while the leash attaches to the smaller one. When your dog pulls, the small loop tightens, making the larger loop around the neck snugger. This collar also has two reflective strips to ensure safer and more visible walks at night.
Attention: When measuring, consider your dog's head size before choosing a size, as this collar slips over the head. For a larger head, the next size up may be suitable.

A return will be processed for a handling fee of CHF 20.00.
A return is only possible if the goods show no signs of use.
Goods that are in stock and have not been custom-made can generally be exchanged. The exchange of special orders and custom-made items is not possible, but the buyer has the right to have any defects rectified.
A return of goods within 10 days without giving reasons is accepted. The item must be unused and in perfect condition.
The purchase amount, less any shipping costs incurred, will be refunded in the form of a voucher from Villa Bunterhund GmbH.
Defects/Exchange
Complaints must be made within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. In the case of justified complaints, the customer is entitled to one of the statutory warranty claims (withdrawal, reduction, replacement delivery).
The buyer bears the postage for any return for the purpose of exchange or rectification of defects.
Exchange/return only possible in case of defects, wrong delivery, or defective goods.

Shipping usually takes place on the next working day after receipt of payment. Express orders must be received and paid for by 4:00 PM at the latest to be processed on the same working day.
Upon receipt of payment, the goods will be delivered according to the delivery conditions chosen by the customer (A-Post / B-Post / Express / regional delivery).
If you order products totaling CHF 200.00 or more, we will provide you with free shipping (via A-Post). Please select the corresponding "Free shipping" option at checkout.
If the goods are shipped uninsured by post, the risk of loss in transit lies with the buyer.
Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be shipped by B-Post.
If an expressly (recommended) express delivery is waived for orders of frozen or perishable products, Villa Bunterhund accepts no liability for thawed or spoiled goods.
