When needed, unfold the backpack and you instantly have a cozy resting spot for your dog. Ideal for visits to restaurants, friends' homes, short breaks during your hike, and much more.

When closed, the backpack offers enough space for the items you need on the go. Additional storage is provided by the small front pocket and the removable inner pocket in the backpack. You can remove this to carry your valuables with you, for example, while your dog relaxes on their blanket.


Manufacturing and Material

The outer material is made of a water-repellent outdoor fabric or faux leather, and the inner material is soft plush. The high-quality interlayer of 400g volumetric fleece per m² protects your dog from both cold and hot surfaces, cushions their joints, and prevents chafing.


The carrying straps are detachable, padded over the shoulders for comfortable carrying, and can be flexibly adjusted.

Each backpack is meticulously handcrafted in the manufactory in Erftstadt.

Dimensions:

When folded, the backpack has an external dimension of approx. 35 x 50 cm.
Unfolded, the backpack offers your dog a lying area of approx. 70 x 100 cm.

Care:

Outdoor fabric: machine washable at max. 40 degrees without fabric softener; tumble dry (gentle cycle)

Faux leather: machine washable at max. 30 degrees without fabric softener; not suitable for tumble drying

If possible, wash in a laundry bag or pillowcase to protect the metal elements.

Note: Colors may vary due to monitor settings.

Exchange

A return will be processed for a handling fee of CHF 20.00.

A return is only possible if the goods show no signs of use.

Goods that are in stock and have not been custom-made can generally be exchanged. The exchange of special orders and custom-made items is not possible, but the buyer has the right to have any defects rectified.

A return of goods within 10 days without giving reasons is accepted. The item must be unused and in perfect condition.

The purchase amount, less any shipping costs incurred, will be refunded in the form of a voucher from Villa Bunterhund GmbH.

Defects/Exchange
Complaints must be made within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. In the case of justified complaints, the customer is entitled to one of the statutory warranty claims (withdrawal, reduction, replacement delivery).

The buyer bears the postage for any return for the purpose of exchange or rectification of defects.

Exchange/return only possible in case of defects, wrong delivery, or defective goods.

Terms of Delivery

Shipping usually takes place on the next working day after receipt of payment. Express orders must be received and paid for by 4:00 PM at the latest to be processed on the same working day.

Upon receipt of payment, the goods will be delivered according to the delivery conditions chosen by the customer (A-Post / B-Post / Express / regional delivery).

If you order products totaling CHF 200.00 or more, we will provide you with free shipping (via A-Post). Please select the corresponding "Free shipping" option at checkout.

If the goods are shipped uninsured by post, the risk of loss in transit lies with the buyer.

Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be shipped by B-Post.

If an expressly (recommended) express delivery is waived for orders of frozen or perishable products, Villa Bunterhund accepts no liability for thawed or spoiled goods.
