With the ActiVet Undercoater DUO you get two different brush types in one brush.
The brush in detail:
One brush head corresponds to that of the Mat Zapper. The Mat Zapper is a de-matting dog and cat brush with special felt-dissolving bristles so that the Mat Zapper loosens the felt even faster.
The ActiVet Mat Zapper is an extreme detangling brush for your dog (4.5cm version). The special bristles untangle the matted fur in a short time. The special brush technology with the flexible brush head glides even through the toughest tangles.
The other brush head corresponds to that of the ActiVet Coat Grabber Stark (silver colored). This is a special strong finish dog brush and cat brush.
With the ActiVet Coat Grabber you save around 70% of the time when removing heavy undercoat. The ActiVet Coat-Grabber also removes even the smallest knots that may have remained in the fur after detangling with the ActiVet MatZapper. The Coat Grabber SILVER has a hard brush head and dense, specially aligned pins. A powerful finishing brush.

The 4.5 cm variant is particularly suitable for small to medium-sized dog breeds and cats. For larger breeds, the 9 cm version of the ActiVet brush is recommended to speed up grooming.

Border Collie, Leonberger, Chow Chow, Samoyed, Spitz, Bouvier, Longhair German Shepherd, Russian Terrier, Labradoodle, etc.

A return will be processed for a processing fee of CHF 20.00.
A return is only possible if the goods show no signs of use.
Goods that are in stock and not made to measure can generally be exchanged. The exchange of special orders and made-to-measure products is not possible, but the buyer has the right to have any defects rectified.
A return of the goods within 10 days without giving reasons is accepted. The item must be unused and in perfect condition
be. The purchase price minus the expenses incurred for shipping will be refunded in the form of a voucher from Villa Bunterhund GmbH.

Complaints must be made within 14 days of receipt of the shipment

The shipment usually takes place on the next working day after receipt of payment.
After receipt of the amount, the goods will be delivered according to the delivery conditions chosen by the customer (A Mail / B Mail / Express / regional delivery)
If the goods are sent uninsured by post, the risk of loss in the post lies with the buyer.
Unless otherwise agreed, the goods will be sent with B Mail.
If a (recommended) express delivery is not used when ordering frozen or perishable products, Villa Bunterhund assumes no liability for thawed or inedible goods.
