With the ActiVet Tuffzappercoater DUO you get two different brush types in one brush.

The brush in detail:

One brush head corresponds to that of the Mat Zapper. The Mat Zapper is a de-matting dog and cat brush with special, felt-dissolving bristles, so that the Mat Zapper removes the felt even faster.

The ActiVet Mat Zapper is an extreme detangling brush for your dog or cat. The special bristles untangle the matted fur in a short time. The ActiVet Mat-Zapper is for professional use only. The special brush technology with the flexible brush head glides even through the toughest tangles.

The other brush head corresponds to that of the ActiVet Pro Stark (purple).

The ActiVet Brush Stark is a powerful all-round dog brush that is designed or particularly suitable for the following coat types: thick coat, dense coat texture and a lot of undercoat.

The 4.5 cm variant is particularly suitable for small to medium-sized dog breeds and cats. For larger breeds, the 9 cm version of the ActiVet brush is recommended to speed up grooming.

Recommended for the following breeds:

Tibetan Terrier, Goldendoodle, Bolonka Zwetna, Briard, Collie, Sheltie, Picard, Portuguese & Spanish Water Dog, Bobtail, Bearded Collie, Pon, etc.

Exchange

A return will be processed for a handling fee of CHF 20.00.

A return is only possible if the goods show no signs of use.

Goods that are in stock and have not been custom-made can generally be exchanged. The exchange of special orders and custom-made items is not possible, but the buyer has the right to have any defects rectified.

A return of goods within 10 days without giving reasons is accepted. The item must be unused and in perfect condition.

The purchase amount, less any shipping costs incurred, will be refunded in the form of a voucher from Villa Bunterhund GmbH.

Defects/Exchange
Complaints must be made within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. In the case of justified complaints, the customer is entitled to one of the statutory warranty claims (withdrawal, reduction, replacement delivery).

The buyer bears the postage for any return for the purpose of exchange or rectification of defects.

Exchange/return only possible in case of defects, wrong delivery, or defective goods.

Terms of Delivery

Shipping usually takes place on the next working day after receipt of payment. Express orders must be received and paid for by 4:00 PM at the latest to be processed on the same working day.

Upon receipt of payment, the goods will be delivered according to the delivery conditions chosen by the customer (A-Post / B-Post / Express / regional delivery).

If you order products totaling CHF 200.00 or more, we will provide you with free shipping (via A-Post). Please select the corresponding "Free shipping" option at checkout.

If the goods are shipped uninsured by post, the risk of loss in transit lies with the buyer.

Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be shipped by B-Post.

If an expressly (recommended) express delivery is waived for orders of frozen or perishable products, Villa Bunterhund accepts no liability for thawed or spoiled goods.
