Terms and conditions of business for our online shop
These terms and conditions apply to purchases of goods in the online shop or the doggie boutique, the terms and conditions of our daycare can be found here: http://www.villa-bunterhund.ch/hundepension/agb
The prices in the shop are shown in CHF. The price does not include the cost of packaging and shipping. They are mentioned with the product and vary depending on the size and packaging of the product.
- PayPal (credit card, direct debit, bank transfer)
If you select this payment method, you will be forwarded to PayPal in the next step. Once you have entered the required data there, you will automatically return to this shop to complete the order.
- For payment in advance
The delivery will be carried out as soon as we have received the payment.
The items ordered must be picked up at:

and paid in cash or by card.

Villa Bunterhund GmbH reserves the right to demand advance payment for first-time orders from new customers.
The shipment usually takes place on the next working day after receipt of payment.
After receipt of the amount, the goods will be sent by B-Post.
If the goods are sent uninsured by post, the risk of loss in the post lies with the buyer.
Unless otherwise agreed, the goods will be sent with B Mail.
A return will be processed for a processing fee of CHF 20.00.
A return is only possible if the goods show no signs of use.
Goods that are in stock and not made to measure can generally be exchanged. The exchange of special orders and made-to-measure products is not possible, but the buyer has the right to have any defects rectified.
A return of the goods within 10 days without giving reasons is accepted. The item must be unused and in perfect condition. The purchase price minus the expenses incurred for shipping will be refunded in the form of a voucher from Villa Bunterhund GmbH.
Complaints must be made within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. In the case of justified complaints, the customer is entitled to one of the statutory warranty claims (return, price reduction, replacement delivery).
The postage for a possible return, for the purpose of exchange or correction of the defects, is borne by the buyer.
Exchange/return only possible in the case of defects, wrong delivery or defective goods.
PAYMENT HISTORIES/PAYMENT EXPERIENCES
We would like to inform your that in payment histories, in particular regarding undisputed claims that have not been paid after the due date, as well as, if applicable, debt collection information and address data will be transmitted to CRIF AG in Zurich for legitimate use as a credit reporting agency. CRIF will use the data to check your identity and creditworthiness and disclose it to authorized third parties.
Payment experiences can be analyzed by CRIF based on mathematical-statistical calculation methods for automated decision-making, particularly for assessing a person's creditworthiness. You can find more information at: www.mycrifdata.ch/#/dsg
