General terms and conditions of business

We undertake to provide full care and attention to your animal and to consult the veterinarian in the event of injury or illness. The costs for medical services including animal transport and additional costs are borne by the owner himself.

We undertake to carry out the tasks assigned to us to the best of our knowledge and belief and with due diligence and competence. However, this is only possible if the client informs us about everything necessary and instructs us accordingly. (e.g. special food, dangers, allergies, illnesses, behavioral disorders, etc.)

VACCINATIONS

Your dog must be vaccinated annually against distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, parvovirus and kennel cough. Vaccinations must be administered at least 8 days before the stay in the dog daycare. The vaccination certificate must be presented to the supervisors on request.

PRICES

Learn price surcharges:

Bitches in heat CHF 30.00

Puppies or no existing housebreaking CHF 15.00

Sundays and public holidays CHF 16.00

Handover in delivery room: CHF 16.00 per handover

In the case of holiday stays with overnight stays, advance payment must be made, the day of arrival and departure will be charged in full.

On Sundays and public holidays, no personal acceptances and deliveries are made, handovers in the delivery rooms are possible by prior arrangement.

The client undertakes to inform us immediately if he does not return by the agreed date. In emergencies or If the contract is not terminated in accordance with the contract, the animal automatically remains in our care against subsequent charging of the known tariffs.

CANCELLATION & CANCELLATION

Agreed day care must be canceled at least 48 hours before the stay . Cancel for assembly we ask until no later than Friday evening (6.30 p.m.) to report in advance, as we are difficult to reach on weekends. In the event of late cancellations or cancellations at short notice - also for health reasons - the full daily price including the booked additional services will be charged.

Agreed holidays must be canceled at least four weeks in advance by telephone or email. In the event of late cancellations, incomplete stays or stays that are not taken, the entire price will be charged.
Holidays booked after the cancellation period of four weeks are considered non-cancellable and will be charged in full.

PAYMENT TERMS

The price for all arrangements must be paid 10 days after invoicing (monthly). The reminder fee is CHF 10.00.

Advance payment must be made for holiday stays.

All bills are payable by payment slip, card payment or in cash on site.

LIABILITY IN CASE OF DAMAGES

We are only liable to the customer or third parties for damage caused by us in fulfilling the order due to a clear breach of our duty of care. This exclusively within the scope of the liability insurance taken out by us. If we have not been adequately instructed by the client, we fully reject any resulting liability claims by the client or third parties.

Dog owners must have liability insurance, which also guarantees full coverage in the event of external care.

The animal owner undertakes to have made all the data given in the contract/registration truthful. He also undertakes to inform about all bad habits of his animal, such as destructiveness, high aggressiveness or illnesses. If this is not done, the owner is liable for any damage caused by his animal.

We reserve the right to refuse aggressive or very anxious dogs or to look after them separately at an additional cost.

If a dog dies and the after-school care center is at fault, the after-school care center will pay a maximum of CHF 1,000.00 for a pedigree dog with papers, and a maximum of CHF 300.00 for all other dogs, depending on the age of the deceased dog.

Even with careful care, it can happen that an animal escapes. If the animal is not found again despite intensive efforts, the animal owner has no claim for damages.

If there is a proven suspicion of animal abuse, we reserve the right to initiate appropriate measures and investigations and, if the suspicion is confirmed, not to hand the animal over to the animal owner.

PAYMENT HISTORIES/PAYMENT EXPERIENCES

We would like to inform your that in payment histories, in particular regarding undisputed claims that have not been paid after the due date, as well as, if applicable, debt collection information and address data will be transmitted to CRIF AG in Zurich for legitimate use as a credit reporting agency. CRIF will use the data to check your identity and creditworthiness and disclose it to authorized third parties.

Payment experiences can be analyzed by CRIF based on mathematical-statistical calculation methods for automated decision-making, particularly for assessing a person's creditworthiness. You can find more information at: www.mycrifdata.ch/#/dsg

FINAL PROVISIONS

All undefined provisions are subject to statutory provisions. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is Kriens LU.

By signing the 'Dog details' form, the dog owner confirms that he has read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions.
