A return will be processed for a processing fee of CHF 20.00.
A return is only possible if the goods show no signs of use.

Goods that are in stock and not made to measure can generally be exchanged. The exchange of special orders and made-to-measure products is not possible, but the buyer has the right to have any defects rectified.

A return of the goods within 10 days without giving reasons is accepted. The item must be unused and in perfect condition
be. The purchase price minus the expenses incurred for shipping will be refunded in the form of a voucher from Villa Bunterhund GmbH.

defects/exchanges
Complaints must be made within 14 days of receipt of the shipment
take place. In the case of justified complaints, the customer has one of the
statutory warranty claims (return, reduction,
replacement delivery).

The postage for a possible return, for the purpose of exchange or correction of the defects, is borne by the buyer.
Exchange/return only possible in the case of defects, incorrect delivery or defective goods.

The shipment usually takes place on the next working day after receipt of payment.
After receipt of the amount, the goods will be delivered according to the delivery conditions chosen by the customer (A Mail / B Mail / Express / regional delivery)

If the goods are sent uninsured by post, the risk of loss in the post lies with the buyer.
Unless otherwise agreed, the goods will be sent with B Mail.

If a (recommended) express delivery is not used when ordering frozen or perishable products, Villa Bunterhund assumes no liability for thawed or inedible goods.
