The Villa Bunterhund in Schwarzenberg offers professional day and holiday places for dogs in groups. We also run a dog salon and a dog boutique with all kinds of food and accessories.

ANIMAL KEEPER (80-100%)

What awaits you in your new professional life:

Pension:

  • Supervision and care of the dog guests
  • Cleaning and disinfection of the dog and work rooms
  • Administrative Activities
  • Dog takeovers and deliveries

Dog boutique:

  • Sale of boutique items
  • customer advisory
  • Cleaning and maintenance of facilities
  • Management of the warehouse and the shop assortment
  • Complete online shop orders

Dog taxi:

  • Driving service for the pension and day dogs (number of trips varies as required)
  • Delivery services of feed, accessories etc.
  • Feedback of the stay to the dog owners
  • Regular cleaning of the vehicle (inside & outside)

You have the following qualifications for this exciting and varied position:

  • Completed training as an animal keeper (EFZ/FBA) - absolutely mandatory, EFZ an advantage
  • Professional experience with dogs or animals (experience with group housing is an advantage) - absolutely essential
  • Experience in grooming an advantage
  • Computer skills (Petlinx, Navision, online shop management)
  • Physical fitness: Carrying 15 kg feed bags or walking a 40 kg dog on a leash is no problem for you
  • Willingness to work irregular working hours (evening shifts, half-days and weekends).
  • Vehicle license B, as well as practical experience in driving a van - mandatory
  • Positive and communicative appearance, reliability and high sense of duty
  • Impeccable certificate of good conduct and excerpt from the debt enforcement register
